Cooking method
1. We cut the washed apples into slices, while removing the seed boxes.
2. We send it to a saucepan, add sugar and pour in water.
3. On a low heat, cook the apples under a closed lid for about half an hour.
4. We remove all the skins (to save time and not to do it manually, I advise you to grind the mass through a sieve).
5. Cook applesauce again for 10-15 minutes.
6. Using an immersion blender, we bring the resulting mass to uniformity.
7. Lubricate with vegetable oil a piece of parchment that fits the size of a baking sheet, spread applesauce on it with an even thin layer.
8. We send the baking sheet into the oven, turning on the temperature of 130 degrees. The pastille should be dried with the oven door ajar for 60-90 minutes.
9. After this time, the parchment with the pastille is removed and cooled.
10. Carefully detach the parchment and twist the apple pastille into rolls.
