Wild rice with chicken and mushrooms in chicken broth

Cooking method
Finely chop the onion, mushrooms - medium pieces, celery - plates. Mix brown rice with wild rice, add chopped ingredients.
We introduce paprika, thyme, ground black pepper and salt, mix everything and put it in a deep non-stick form. Spread chicken thighs on top of rice, pour the contents with chicken broth.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and send the baking dish into it, pre-covering it with foil on top. The cooking time is approximately 60 minutes.
Serve the finished rice with a piece of chicken, garnished with herbs.
