Charlotte with frozen cherries

Delicious cake for a family tea party. Please your family! Charlotte is a very versatile pie. You can change fruits and berries in it, adjust the sweetness. You can even pour chocolate fudge. My family loves this pie for its lightness and fruit filling. And a great treat for the guests!
