Cooking method
1. We take the cherries out of the freezer, put them in a deep bowl, sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and starch, mix.
2. We divide the dough into two parts and roll it out thinly, sprinkling flour on the work surface.
3. Choose a round baking dish (it should be flat) and lubricate with butter.
4. One of the dough layers is laid out on the mold so that the edges of the dough are with a margin. We spread the filling tightly so that there are no gaps, sprinkle the cherries with chopped walnuts.
5. Cover the pie with a second layer of dough, wrapping the edges of the lower layer overlap on the top. In the center of the upper layer of the dough, we make a small hole so that the couple has somewhere to go.
6. We send the Ossetian pie to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about half an hour until the top is browned.
7. We lubricate the hot pie with butter, let it cool down and remove it from the mold.
The treat for adults and children is ready! Have a sweet tea party!
