Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
We will need quite a few products: a pack of jelly, eggs, a little flour, soda, vinegar and margarine (sorry - I forgot to put it on the photo).
Step 2:
We need to fill a pack of jelly in any way convenient for you. The main thing is that there are no lumps. And send the bulk mixture to a deep container. You can choose any jelly - to your taste. I took raspberry, it has a strong aroma and a bright taste.
Step 3:
Now we break the eggs into our jelly and do not interfere, but quickly move on to the next step
Step 4:
Add flour to the same place and ...
Step 5:
Mix all this (jelly, eggs and flour) very well. Stir until smooth. And of course it should be without lumps. Don't be afraid - it's not difficult.
Step 6:
Now soda.. we need 1 h / spoon, but to make it convenient to extinguish it, I poured this one teaspoon of soda into an empty tablespoon. And then extinguished the soda with vinegar. This "fizz" is sent to our prepared homogeneous mass and stirred. I whipped it all up with a spoon.
Step 7:
Then all the well-known actions: light the oven, it should warm up to 180 g. then grease a frying pan or baking sheet with margarine, the same that I forgot to put in the photo. And pour our mixture into a frying pan. Then we send the pan into the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180. And of course we remember - these very minutes depend on your oven and your frying pan. (I have an old cast-iron one)
Step 8:
Check readiness with a match or a wooden toothpick. My match was slightly damp, but the top was getting very dark and I took out the pie and....it turned out to be completely baked. That's all!! Have a nice tea.....and you can also use milk!!!
For those who really don't like messing with soda - you can replace it with baking powder for the dough, BUT!!!! it should be twice as much. And when baking, you can use parchment or baking paper - this is if you are afraid that it will burn.
