Absolutely unpretentious, not particularly pretty, but delicious buns.
Mix all the dry ingredients, add kefir, melted butter, sliced or grated cheese, form 6 buns with hands greased with vegetable oil and leave to rest for 10 minutes. You can sprinkle seeds, poppy seeds or spices on top.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
