To start, melt the chocolate in a water bath. While it is hot, add the butter and mix everything until smooth. Now let the chocolate cool to room temperature.
At this time, beat the eggs together with sugar until foam appears.
Add the egg mixture in a thin stream to the cooled chocolate. Here, sift flour through a small strainer. Mix all the ingredients well with a silicone or wooden spatula. The dough should be smooth, homogeneous.
Spread the resulting dough on greased molds and bake the fondue in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 11-13 minutes. Then take out the molds, let the delicacy stand in them for a few minutes, then remove the fondans on serving plates.
Decorate the finished treat to your taste - cocoa powder or powdered sugar, fresh berries, mint sprigs.
