The main secret of the success of this baking is psyllium (husk of medicinal plantain seeds or flour from it), which is literally the "glue" for all ingredients. In addition to the fact that it consists almost entirely of fiber, it is also very useful for digestion, lowers blood pressure and normalizes blood sugar levels.

So, we start cooking:

1. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.
2. We take two large bowls: in one we mix all the dry ingredients, in the other - all the liquid ones.
3. Pour the liquid ingredients into a bowl with the dry ones and gently knead the dough with a silicone spatula.
4. Continuing to stir, slowly pour in a thin stream of boiling water. The dough turns out to be very tight, and after absorbing water, it will swell and become more plastic.
5. Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil, divide the dough into 5 parts and form five buns-balls.
6. Put the dough balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
7. Bake the buns in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Bon appetit!
