Step 1:
Mix flour, coconut chips, lemon zest, one teaspoon of cinnamon and baking powder.
Step 2:
Rub softened butter with sugar.
Step 3:
Continuing to beat, add one egg at a time.

Mix the dry ingredients in parts with the butter-egg mixture. Knead the dough well.
Step 5:
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into slices. Pour lemon juice.
Step 6:
