Cheesecakes with soy flour cottage cheese

Easy, delicious and nutritious dish that is easy to cook! Soy flour is rich in proteins, and therefore very useful and is simply indispensable in the diet of people who do not eat meat. I've been cooking a lot of different pastries with her lately, I really liked cheesecakes with soy flour added - delicious and satisfying.

Mix everything except cottage cheese with a blender or mixer until smooth. If you stir with a whisk, follow this sequence - first beat the eggs, then add a banana, knead it and mix, add a dry mixture of flour, soda and sugar, mix well again.

Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, pour the mass from the blender and mix into a homogeneous "dough".

Mold the tortillas, put them in a baking sheet on parchment and bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Bon appetit!
