Cooking method
1. Put the butter in a bowl.
2. Add both types of sugar and vanilla extract to the butter, mix well.
3. Break the egg and mix everything until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, mix rice flour with amaranth.
5. Add tapioca starch, salt and soda to the flour mixture. Mix it up.
6. Put the dry mixture in the butter-egg mixture, whisk everything well to get a homogeneous consistency.
7. Put chocolate drops (or chips) in the dough, stir.
8. Put the dough on baking paper. Use it to shape the dough into a "sausage" (about 5x30 cm).
9. Wrap the dough with baking paper and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
10. Time has passed. Cut the dough into cookie slices 1 cm thick.
11. Arrange the circles on a baking sheet covered with baking paper at a distance from each other.
12. Put the baking sheet in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-12 minutes (the edges of the cookies should be browned).
13. Let the finished liver stand on a baking sheet for 5 minutes, then remove it and serve it to tea. Cooling down, the cookies become harder and crumbly.
Have a nice tea party!
