Bread from sprouted oats without yeast

Make super healthy homemade bread from sprouted grains! Delicious! The bread turns out soft and delicious. And it tastes sweet thanks to bananas, so if you want unsweetened bread, you don't have to put a banana. Seeds, nuts and dried fruits can be used any to your taste.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 4 h 20 min

1. Mash the bananas in a bowl, add the sprouted oats to it and mix.
2. Add the chopped dried apricots, pour in the milk.
3. Pour salt, cinnamon, ginger.
4. Whisk everything with a blender.
5. If the dough is too thick, add water.
6. In a separate bowl, mix sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and raisins.
7. Put the mixture of dried fruits and seeds into the dough and mix well.
8. Put the resulting mass into a greased mold.
9. Bake bread in the oven at 90 degrees Celsius for 4 hours (until ready).
