Bread from sprouted oats without yeast

Cooking method
1. Mash the bananas in a bowl, add the sprouted oats to it and mix.
2. Add the chopped dried apricots, pour in the milk.
3. Pour salt, cinnamon, ginger.
4. Whisk everything with a blender.
5. If the dough is too thick, add water.
6. In a separate bowl, mix sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and raisins.
7. Put the mixture of dried fruits and seeds into the dough and mix well.
8. Put the resulting mass into a greased mold.
9. Bake bread in the oven at 90 degrees Celsius for 4 hours (until ready).
