Muffins with amaranth flour

Cooking method
1. Pour water into a bowl, add butter and honey. Stir, wait until the honey melts.
2. Now put the vanilla.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the amaranth flour with the ground nuts, salt, soda and cinnamon.
4. Add raisins to the flour mixture.
5. Add the dry mixture to the oil mixture, whisk (not for long, you just need to mix well).
6. Put the dough into the molds, filling them two-thirds.
7. Place a baking sheet with molds in a preheated 220 degree oven for 25 minutes.
