Cooking method
1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, mash with a fork.
2. Break an egg into the cottage cheese.
3. Add the amaranth flour and vanilla.
4. Mix everything together, the dough for cheesecakes should turn out thick.
5. Grind the oat flakes a little.
6. From the curd dough, form koloboks, which need to be thoroughly rolled in oat flakes.
7. Spread the future cheesecakes on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
8. Put the cheesecakes to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Serve ready-made cheesecakes to the table with honey, jam or sour cream.
