Turkey wings in sour cream sauce with pineapples

Cooking method
1. Wash the turkey wing and remove excess fat, feathers. In a suitable bowl, liberally anoint the wing with sour cream.
2. Sprinkle the turkey with spices and salt on all sides.
3. Place the prepared wing in the baking sleeve. Pour the remaining sour cream with water, mix and pour the mixture into the sleeve. Place pineapples on the turkey.
4. Tie the sleeve, put it on a baking sheet or in a mold. Bake the turkey with pineapples in a preheated oven for about 1 hour at a temperature of 190-200 degrees, until the meat becomes soft.
5. To get a golden crust, cut the sleeve 10 minutes before the end of cooking and open it.
Serve hot on a plate with your favorite side dish or salad.
