Cooking method
1. If the steaks are thick enough, tie them around the edge with a special twine on a triple knot.
2. Mix spices, salt and pepper in a bowl, add flour. Mix it up.
3. In a mixture of seasonings and flour, roll the steaks liberally.
4. Fry the meat in olive oil on all sides for 5-7 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, chop the carrots into cubes, and the celery into half rings.
6. In the same place where the steaks were fried, now fry the vegetables. Add tomatoes and crush. Then fry for another five minutes.
7. In a baking dish, put the fried meat, vegetables on top. Pour over the broth.
8. Bake for an hour in the oven at 220 degrees.
9. Serve the dish to the table hot with your favorite side dish.
