Cooking method
1. Put the ribs, pre-washed and dried, in a frying pan that can be put in the oven.
2. Add salt and pepper to the ribs, pour olive oil. Coat them with oil, salt and pepper on all sides.
3. Cover the pan with a double layer of foil and put it in the oven to languish for 8 hours at 100 degrees Celsius.
4. Put the ribs from the pan on a baking sheet, and pour the remaining juice into a glass or bowl. Remove the surfaced fat with a spoon, and pour the broth back into the pan.
5. Add tomato sauce, dark beer, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey.
6. Mix everything and cook until thick, then pour the resulting sauce over the ribs on top and around.
7. Place the baking sheet in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-40 minutes.
Serve the ribs with your favorite side dish (ideally with mashed potatoes) and/or vegetable salad.
Bon appetit!
