Step 1:

Transfer the dough to the prepared form and bake - 180 degrees and 50 minutes. Check for readiness - a dry match and a springy middle.

Cool the cake and let it stand in the film for 3 hours to 3 days.

Using a round die-cut, cut out part of the cake.
