Cooking method
1. Smear slices of bread with butter.
2. Break the egg whites into a bowl, and the yolks should be left whole and put aside for now.
3. Add a pinch of salt to the proteins and whisk into a thick white foam (until stable peaks).
4. We spread the proteins on bread and butter, evenly distribute them into two pieces, do not be afraid of the volume.
5. In the center of the proteins laid out on bread, we make a recess into which we carefully pour the yolks. They must remain intact.
6. The form should be covered with parchment. We put the sandwiches in the form, put them in the preheated oven for 15 minutes (200 degrees).
