Cut the loaf in half and cut off all the crusts. We cut the half in half again. Cut each quarter into 10-11 slices.
Each slice into 8-9 slices. We lay out the future crackers on a baking sheet, add seasonings, salt.
Turn on the oven and preheat it to the maximum. We put the baking tray with crackers in the oven and adjust the regulator to a minimum (60 degrees). We leave the door ajar. This will create the necessary atmosphere in the oven. There is a lot of moisture in the bread and when drying it should come out.
