Step 1:
Prepare the necessary ingredients for the salad.
Step 2:
Prepare the sauce: finely chop the rosemary, grate the zest on a fine grater. In a small jar, mix all the ingredients for the sauce, close the lid and shake the jar until the sauce becomes homogeneous. Leave to infuse.
Step 3:
Couscous pour 100 ml of boiling water, cover and let stand for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4:
Make diagonal cuts on the chicken fillet and grease the chicken with adjika from all sides. Transfer the chicken to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated 200* oven for 15 minutes.
Step 5:
Cut the plums in half, remove the seeds and cut the fruit into slices.
Step 6:
In a bowl, mix the sliced plums, steamed couscous, hand-torn salad and sliced warm chicken. Pour in half of the sauce and stir
Step 7:
