Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Preparing the pudding products. My apples.
Step 2:
Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve beforehand or punch it to a tender consistency with an immersion blender, mix with sugar and eggs, add vanilla.
Step 3:
Now once again we punch everything with a blender. The mass becomes liquid like sour cream and tender, homogeneous.
Step 4:
Peel the apples, finely chop or grate.
Step 5:
Add the apples to the egg-curd mass and mix thoroughly.
Step 6:
Lubricate with softened butter suitable molds and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Step 7:
We put the prepared mixture into molds and put it in the oven to bake at an average temperature (I have 180 degrees) to bake for 20 minutes.
Step 8:
Carefully remove the finished pudding from the molds.
Step 9:
Serve hot or cold with berries or jam, jam (I have apricot). It turned out so delicious and tender that you'll lick your fingers!
