Chocolate biscuits with star anise

Cooking method
Melt broken chocolate and butter in a water bath.
Beat the egg well with sugar separately.
Separately mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and ground star anise. Mix well with a whisk (manual) until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix well with a mixer. Then pour in the chocolate mixture and knead a thick dough.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 160C.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, and roll walnut-sized balls out of the dough, put them on paper and flatten them slightly on top.
Bake for 10 minutes.
