Step 1:

Step 2:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees to warm up well. Put the butter (or margarine, but butter is better) on a low heat.
Step 3:
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour sifted with baking powder, sugar, coconut chips.
Step 4:
In another bowl, mix eggs with milk.
Step 5:
Pour the melted butter here and mix thoroughly.
Step 6:
Pour the liquid mixture into a bowl with dry and mix until smooth. This is easy to do with a whisk or just a fork. The dough is not very thick.
Step 7:
Fill silicone molds with dough for 2/3 of the volume. Put a cherry in each mold and lightly cover with dough. You can not cover it, because when baking, the cherry will still go down.Put it in the oven.
Step 8:
Bake for 20 minutes, then check. If the top is not browned yet, we move the baking tray with the molds to the upper position of the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
Step 9:
Let the muffins cool down a little. Carefully remove from the molds. They are very gentle. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top through a fine strainer.
