Bublanina or Charlotte in Czech

Another version of charlotte, but now from Czech cuisine. . Charlotte and her variations are very popular among Czech housewives. They call her bublanina. Housewives are proud of the ease and speed of cooking. But if it turns out to be light, airy and juicy at the same time, then it is always a matter of special pride. Try it and you will surprise your guests! I would like to express my special gratitude to Marina Sharychenkova for the photo of the finished charlotte.
