To start, we cook oatmeal porridge. Boil the milk, reduce the heat to medium, add oat flakes, mix. Cook the porridge for 5 minutes until ready, stirring constantly.
Step 3:
At the end of cooking, add salt, sugar, butter, mix. The finished oatmeal porridge is covered with a lid and left to infuse for 10 minutes.
Step 4:
Then cool the porridge by putting the pan in cold water. It is not necessary to wait for the porridge to become cold, you can use warm.
Step 5:
Take the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the proteins to stable peaks for 5 minutes.
Step 6:
Add the yolks to the porridge, mix.

Then add the proteins and mix with the porridge.
Step 8:
Apples and prunes are washed, cleaned of seeds. Prunes are cut into small slices, apples I used for decoration and cut into thin slices.
Step 9:
You can bake pudding in dishes designed for the oven, for example, in mugs. I used a silicone cupcake mold. Spread 1 tablespoon of oatmeal, then distribute the prunes.
Step 10:
Spread the remaining oatmeal mass and apple slices on top. I put the pudding molds to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven, and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 11:
We carefully remove the finished pudding from the molds and serve it on saucers, you can serve it with jam or sour cream.
Step 12:
Prunes and apple add a pleasant sourness to oat pudding. Bon appetit!
