Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Set of products.
Step 2:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. We cover the detachable mold with a diameter of 26 cm with baking paper, snap the sides. Lubricate the sides with oil. Cut the plums in half and remove the stone.
Step 3:
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla. It is very convenient to do this in a food processor. While the eggs are being beaten, we put sour cream in a bowl, pour apple cider vinegar into the middle, pour soda on top. Mix quickly. Everything should swell up and be covered with bubbles.
Step 4:
Pour sour cream into the egg mass and immediately pour all the flour on top. Quickly mix with a whisk at high speed until smooth, literally thirty seconds. If you stir for a long time, the dough will sit down.
Step 5:
Pour the dough into the mold, level it with a spatula.
Step 6:
Spread the halves of the plums on top, slightly melting as much as it will fit. The rest are cut into quarters and stuffed into empty spaces.
Step 7:
Bake for 10-15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and bake until ready. It was baked in my oven for a total of forty minutes. The plum in the baking process gives juice and impregnates the top of the pie. Cool the cake slightly and only then take it out of the mold onto a platter. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar, you can leave it like that. The most delicious pie is the next day. Have a good baking!
