Delicious summer recipe, besides also budget! I was looking for one thing, but I found another, but no less delicious and easy dish! My husband really liked it, although he is not a fan of fruits and sweets :D The dish just melts in your mouth!)

    With the prepared dough, lay out the base in the form on parchment paper, slightly going on the sides. We put the mold in the freezer for a few minutes so that the dough freezes, and then immediately - in the oven for 5 minutes at 200-220C.

    While our dough is baking, take care of the protein cream.Carefully separate the yolk from the protein and whisk (chilled!) protein with a pinch of salt until peaks form.We won't need the yolk :)
