Step 1:
Summer has come and it's time for fruit.A summer recipe for lovely ladies and their families.So all our ingredients are in front of us!

I took cookies "Bird's milk"or you can have any shortbread that would crumble well.

We grind our cookies into crumbs and add the butter melted in a water bath.
Step 4:
First stir with a fork, and then carefully remember everything with your hands - the mass should resemble plasticine in consistency and not stick to your hands.
Step 5:
With the prepared dough, lay out the base in the form on parchment paper, slightly going on the sides. We put the mold in the freezer for a few minutes so that the dough freezes, and then immediately - in the oven for 5 minutes at 200-220C.
Step 6:
While our dough is baking, take care of the protein cream.Carefully separate the yolk from the protein and whisk (chilled!) protein with a pinch of salt until peaks form.We won't need the yolk :)
Step 7:
As soon as the protein mass increases in size, add sugar and whisk for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 8:
At this time, our base is baked, take it out of the oven and leave to cool at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Step 9:
Remove the base from the mold and smear with protein cream.
Step 10:
Cut the fruit into thin slices (choose fruits to taste).
Step 11:
Decorate your pizza and serve it on the table, you can also add mint leaves, it turns out very nice and the smell from it is wonderful :)
