Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Dough:warm up the milk, add sugar, yeast, a little flour, stir well and put it before the approach with a cap. Then add salt, half of the flour, mix, pour in the oil. Add the remaining flour and knead the soft dough. Look at the dough-less flour may go away. We roll the dough into a ball, put it on the table under a bowl. Keep an eye on him! The dough fits very quickly! When the dough is suitable, we grind it and put it to come up again. The whole process took me an hour.
Step 2:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. We cut the cheese into thin plastics. We tear off pieces of dough the size of a small apple.
Step 3:
We roll out each piece into an oval three mm thick, measuring approximately 13x7 cm. We put a thin piece of cheese on one half of the oval.
Step 4:
On the second, we make three longitudinal cuts from top to bottom almost to the cheese, as if with a fan.
Step 5:
Roll up into a tube, starting with the filling, put the seam down on oiled paper and lubricate.
Step 6:
To lubricate, beat the egg with sugar and milk.
Step 7:
Place a baking tray with bagels in a hot oven and bake for about ten minutes until browned. Delicious and unusual!
Step 8:
The same bagels can be made with milk chocolate and marmalade plates. Only they should be sprinkled with powdered sugar after baking. From this amount of dough I got 14 bagels. Have a good baking!
