Step 1:
Set of products.
Step 2:
Chicken fillet cut into thin plastics, beat off between two layers of film and lubricate with a mixture of soy sauce and crushed garlic. We put it in a cool place for a couple of hours. Onions, carrots, potatoes are cleaned, washed, cut into thin circles. We wipe the champignons with a damp cloth, chop them with thick plates.
Step 3:
Let the vegetables and mushrooms take turns in heated oil, until transparent and soft. Chop the greens.
Step 4:
Remove the fillet from the refrigerator. The baking dish is covered with foil, lubricated with oil. Put a few large slices of fillet, lubricate with beaten egg.
Step 5:
We lay out vegetables, mushrooms and herbs on top, add salt and sprinkle with spices. We leave the edges free.
Step 6:
Then repeat the operation, trying to pick up the fillet slices so that the structure is rounded up. We press everything down thoroughly, forming a dome, lubricate the top with the remains of the egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 7:
The edges of the foil are lifted in a circle and lightly pinched. This must be done in order for the juice to remain inside.
Step 8:
Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees and bake for forty minutes. Then increase the temperature to 220 degrees and brown the top for another 10 minutes.
Step 9:
Transfer the finished dish to a large plate, decorate with herbs. We cut into portions and feed all the household. Inside the fillet is very tender and juicy. Bon appetit!
