Defrost the dough. Melt the butter in a frying pan, lightly fry the sliced sausages in it.

Then add the chopped mushrooms and fry everything together.

Beat the eggs with salt and spices, add the cheese grated on a fine grater and pour the mixture into the pan. Cook until thickened, then sprinkle with chopped herbs and remove from heat. We put it to cool down.
Step 5:
Turn on the oven at 220 degrees. Roll out the dough in length, giving the shape of a rectangle. It is better to do this immediately on a baking sheet.
Step 6:
Cut the edges into thick strips, leaving a place in the middle for the filling.
Step 7:
Spread the mixture from the frying pan on the dough.
Step 8:
Close the dough with strips, weaving a pigtail.
Step 9:
Put the finished pie on a baking sheet, grease with beaten egg and place in a hot oven for 15-17 minutes.
Step 10:
After the cake is baked until golden brown, take it out of the oven and cool it slightly.
Step 11:
Then cut into pieces and serve to the table.
We do the same with the second layer of dough. You can bake two at once. I have a small oven, so I baked in turn.
