Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
The preparation of our wonderful dish will begin by slightly heating the milk (so that it becomes slightly warm), adding yeast and sugar to it. Let's leave it in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Step 2:
At this time, melt the butter, add 1 yolk to it, mix. Next, add a little salt, wheat flour, milk with yeast that has come up, mix well again and knead the dough. Take a small bowl, lubricate the walls and bottom with sunflower oil, transfer the dough into it and leave for 1.5 hours.
Step 3:
Next, add cinnamon and sugar to the melted butter. When the dough rises, roll it out into a layer no thicker than 1 cm. Smear 2/3 of the mixture of butter, cinnamon and sugar.
Step 4:
Roll up. Then we turn the seam down and press it slightly so that the roll becomes a little flatter.
Step 5:
Stepping back from the edge of the roll 2 cm, cut it lengthwise.
Step 6:
The resulting ends must be intertwined with each other.
Step 7:
Now we fold our "braid" into a circle and lubricate with the remaining mixture of oil, cinnamon and sugar. We send the resulting product to a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Step 8:
Enjoy the result!
