Step 1:
First of all, we will prepare a potato pillow. Peel the potatoes, cut them into beautiful not very thick circles. And put it in a baking dish. After that, you need to add seasonings, salt, sunflower or olive oil.
Step 2:
Put pieces of trout on the potatoes. Trout must first be slightly salted.
Step 3:
Fry the finely chopped onion and grated carrots. And we spread them on the trout.
Step 4:
Next, we need to prepare the sauce under which our dish will be baked. To do this, melt the butter. Add finely chopped garlic. Simmer for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
Step 5:
Then add and fry the flour a little.
Step 6:
After that, stirring intensively, we introduce cream.
Step 7:
When the mixture begins to thicken, add a small amount of water, salt and spices. Bring the resulting sauce to a boil and turn it off. Cover with a lid and set aside for a couple of minutes.
Step 8:
Add garlic sauce to potatoes with trout. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. And we send our dish to it for 40-45 minutes.
