Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
The ingredients we need.
Step 2:
Sift flour with baking powder, add sugar and mix well.
Step 3:
Divide the butter into 2 equal parts (50 g each) and add one half to the black, the second to the white chocolate. Melt the chocolate with butter.
Step 4:
Divide the flour mixture into 2 equal parts and add to the chocolate-butter mixture. The mixture with dark chocolate will turn out to be quite thick, as it should be.
Step 5:
Shake the eggs lightly and also add half to the chocolate mixture. (I first added one whole egg to each mixture, and then beat one egg and divided it into 2 parts).
Step 6:
We also add coffee liqueur to the chocolate dough (if you don't have any liqueur, you can replace it with a mixture of cognac and brewed coffee or a mixture of coffee and milk, of your choice).
Step 7:
We first spread dark chocolate dough on the bottom of the prepared mold and cover it with white.
I baked the pie in a rectangular bread shape and it turned out to be quite high, but you can bake it in a larger shape, then it will be lower and it can be cut into square cakes, just do not forget that the baking time will change then.
