The tenderness of sour cream and custard dough will please any gourmet! Beauty, delicate taste of the cream, ease of use. I tried fingers on a holiday in an unfamiliar company, they so sunk into my soul that I decided to find a recipe and cook them at home. So I did, just decorated it in my own way and increased the amount of sour cream so that the fingers were more soaked in cream. Now mine only ask for this cake for the holidays. Try it and you will agree with me.

Pour water into a saucepan, pour salt, put oil and bring to a boil.
Quickly pour in the flour, knead the dough and let it cool.
Add one egg at a time, bring to the desired consistency and beat with a mixer.
Now we spread the dough on a baking sheet with a syringe, pre-greasing it with oil, or covering it with paper.
If you will lay out your fingers in a round shape, make them in different shapes (from 3 to 10 cm long)
When they are slightly browned, you can take them out of the oven.
Make cream:
Beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla.
We lay the fingers in layers in the mold and carefully lubricate them with our cream.
We let it brew overnight in the cold and then eat with the whole family.
