Peel pears, cut into pieces.
In a frying pan, stir the sugar with two tablespoons of water, melt it and pour in the pears.
Add a tablespoon of lemon juice.
Make jam.
Grind eggs with sugar, lightly beating.
Warm up the milk, pour it into the egg mixture and beat lightly.
Add butter, stir.
Add salt.
Sift the flour.
Add baking powder and yeast. Mix with flour, and then mix everything thoroughly.
Pour the dough into a greased form and let stand for 1 hour.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
Put the finished pie on a platter. Let cool.
Grease the pie with pear jam, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into pieces.
