Step-by-step cooking
Grate the peeled pumpkin.
Lightly beat eggs with sugar, add butter and milk to them.
Combine flour with salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add grated pumpkin to the eggs, and then combine this mass with flour. Knead the dough.
Put the paper molds in silicone, pour the dough over them, sprinkle the cupcakes with walnuts and sugar.
Bake in a preheated 180 gr. oven for 25-30 minutes.
