Step 1:
Softened butter must be thoroughly ground with sugar,
Step 2:
Add sour cream, baking soda and sifted flour. Knead a soft dough.
Step 3:
Take the mold, grease it with oil, put the dough into it, then smooth it out, forming the sides.
Step 4:
Put apples and pears, peeled, on top of the dough.
Step 5:
Pour sour cream beaten with sugar, egg and flour. You can also put boiled condensed milk on top of a few spoons. And in condensed milk "drown " a slightly heavenly apple - for beauty. Bake in a preheated 175 gr. oven for about 45-55 minutes.
Step 6:
Turn off the oven after, and leave the pie with pears and apples to cool in it.
