Step-by-step cooking
Mix flour with soda, then sift the mass through a sieve.
Add margarine (chilled) to it and chop everything with a knife.
Add yolks, lemon juice, sugar, sour cream to the flour crumbs. Knead the dough.
Then roll it out and put it in a greased mold.
Prick with a fork in several places and bake at 170-180 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes.
Whisk the proteins with sugar. The third part of the whipped proteins is combined with strawberries.
Spread the strawberry mixture on the cake. Spread the remains of proteins on top.
Sprinkle with almond petals. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
