Step-by-step cooking
Somehow I did not think that it is not so difficult to cook delicious bread and at the same time unusual. Although, it would seem, well, what kind of bread recipe can you surprise today, when many have acquired bread makers and bake bread several times a week? It turns out that there is such a culinary recipe and a friend told me about it, who bought a cupcake mold on occasion and decided to cook bread in it. She invented the recipe herself and this is not her first completely ingenious culinary find. I dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk, add flour and salt there and pour in vegetable oil. I carefully knead the dough and let it settle in a warm place under a clean towel. Meanwhile, in a water bath, I dissolve butter with cumin, ginger, rosemary, parsley and salt. So the aromatic sauce is ready - the "highlight" of delicious bread. I divide the dough into small pieces and wrap each with sauce. Then I will stir these pieces into a cupcake mold and put them back in a warm place. Let him come. When the mold is filled with dough by about 75%, I put it in a preheated 180 C oven and bake for about an hour. Each piece is easy to break off separately. I usually enjoy this delicious bread with pea soup or borscht.
