To start, we prepare the dough: take a small amount of warm milk, dissolve yeast in it, mix a spoonful of flour and a spoonful of sugar and put it in a warm place for an hour. Now beat the eggs with another spoonful of sugar, mix it all with sourdough and pour in the melted margarine and butter (not hot). Knead the dough, gradually adding flour. The dough should rise twice. After it can be used.

Roll out the dough on the table, sprinkle a little flour and put the filling in the center. We wrap it, forming a pie in the form of a bread loaf, making a seam along the top. Coat with egg yolk and put in the oven for 20 minutes.

Filling: boil the potatoes, crush them with egg thoroughly, then add the mushrooms fried in oil.
