Traditional spicy chicken wings of Mexican cuisine are probably prepared in some other way. This cooking recipe, I believe, has been slightly redone. However, this did not spoil him at all, because the end result exceeds all expectations. The dish turns out – just delicious!
Thoroughly rinse the chicken wings under running water. Now we wipe them with salt mixed with black and red ground pepper. We coat a baking sheet with butter, put chicken wings on it and bake in the oven (already heated to 180 degrees) for about forty minutes. Since our food assumes the presence of sauce, we start cooking it while the wings are baking. Grate hard cheese on a large grater, and on a small one – sharp fresh horseradish. Mix the cheese with horseradish and pour white wine into the resulting mass. We take out the wings, put them in a more convenient form with high walls, pour wine sauce and send them back to the oven for a slow fire. Here our chicken should stand for at least twenty minutes. As soon as a ruddy crust forms on it, and a delicious aroma goes through the kitchen, our dish can be considered ready.
