Step 1:
We prepare all the necessary products for the pie.

So, first we knead the dough. I used a bread maker for this, putting it on the "Dough" mode. Mix water and warm milk in a convenient container. Add eggs, softened margarine or butter, as well as sugar and salt to taste. You can add vanilla or vanilla sugar. The basis for the dough is sent to the bowl of the bread maker, or you can immediately send all the ingredients there one by one.
Step 3:
Add the sifted flour and high-speed yeast to the same place. Turn on the "Dough" mode and wait for the signal that the dough is ready.
Step 4:
The dough turns out soft, elastic and pliable. And you can bake a pie from it, but how to bake an apple yeast pie with apples, we will learn from the following steps.
Step 5:
Grease the baking dish with butter and spread our dough - knead it with your hands and make the sides. My apples, remove the core from them and cut into slices. We spread the apples as in the photo. To get a colorful picture, take apples of different colors.
Step 6:
To fill the pie, we take flour, sugar, cream and liqueur, which you like the most. Whisk everything thoroughly. Pour it on the pie.
Step 7:
Bake the pie in the oven at a temperature of 230 degrees for about 35-40 minutes until browning and fully cooked.
Step 8:
You can grease a hot cake with jam at the end. I took apricot. It can also be sprinkled with powdered sugar on top.

Baking should be not only delicious, but also very beautiful. Our pie turned out just like that - just a sight. In general, about 2 hours and 20 minutes were spent on creating this beauty. Of these, 1 hour and 30 minutes were spent on creating the dough in the bread maker in the "Dough" mode. The pie was baked in 40 minutes. The rest of the time was spent on intermediate stages of preparation. As you can see, the recipe is simple and proven - it has never failed me yet. I am sure that you will succeed the first time!
