Cooking method
The culinary recipe of this delicious food comes from France. Salmon cooked in this way turns out to be very tender and incredibly fragrant. Salmon fillets are washed under running water, dried with a paper towel, cut into pieces, then season them with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Grease the baking dish with olive oil and put the fish in it. While the salmon is marinated under lemon juice, we prepare a sauce of herbs. To do this, finely chop the dill, basil, parsley and chervil, and then mix the chopped greens with cream. Add egg yolks, crushed horseradish root and lemon zest to the creamy mixture. Pour the sauce over the fish and send it to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the salmon for 25 minutes until golden brown. Baked salmon with herb sauce is ready. Serve it with crumbly rice, tagliattelle pasta or potatoes with parsley. Bon appetit!
