I read this culinary recipe straight from the restaurant menu. Then I personally prepared this dish at home. I can only say one thing – the recipe was a success. Norwegian cuisine has exceeded all expectations! The detailed preparation of the dish is described below.
Mix 0.15 kg of almonds and 0.1 kg of sugar. Pour almonds with sugar into a large container and add 1 egg. Knead everything until it is completely thickened. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. At this time, 4 of your apples need to take out the core and cut them into circles 1 centimeter long. The next step will be mixing 0.1 kg of sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and crumbling apple circles in this mixture. Form flat balls from the almond dough. Next, fold the dough and apple mugs into turrets and bake them for about 8-10 minutes in an oven with a temperature of 200 0C. Caramel sauce should be prepared from vanilla seeds and 0.1 kg of sugar. After the sugar turns brown, pour 0.25 kg of whipped cream into a container and mix everything thoroughly. The food is ready to serve!
