Salmon kebab

Amazing idea for outdoor recreation! Very tasty! As you know, Norway is famous for its endless reserves of red fish. In this country, everyone eats fish and with great pleasure. In the summer, my husband and my parents managed to escape on vacation to this wonderful country. My mother and I, as true lovers of all waterfowl, tried just a huge number of dishes that were served to us at the hotel and various restaurants. But we got a special love for the seemingly uncomplicated food - Norwegian salmon kebab. Upon arrival home, the first thing we did was go to the dacha to try to cook this wonderful snack on our own. So, I'm sharing with you a cooking recipe - salmon kebab.

We put fish in different sequences, and 2 types of onions on skewers (or wooden skewers), lubricate with oil and put on the grill. We cook until the fish has a golden crust. The kebabs will be cooked for 15 minutes. As you can see, the recipe is simple, but this food is extremely tasty. Bon appetit!
