I must say right away that I don't know much about Korean cuisine. Especially about baking. And I foresee your skepticism - they say, how to combine our ideas about delicious with Korean traditions. After all, their culinary traditions are very incompatible with ours. But, it turns out, according to the culinary recipe of Koreans, you can cook delicious using completely simple ingredients! Yes, yes, yes, and it turns out very tasty food.

There are a lot of bakeries today, I won't hide it. But I want to try something special. Despite the mouth-watering aromas wafting from these bakeries. Alas, almost all sweet foods are stuffed with unknown things. Therefore, let's try a recipe proven by many?
So, today we are preparing soy cookies (khonkarutasik). We will not judge Korean cooks who use beans or sweet potatoes as a filling. And just try it!
For our cookies, you need to buy ... yes, yes – soybeans! Peel them, and then immediately fry them in a frying pan. Now let's free them from the skins. Our next task is to grind these very beans. And you can do it both in a coffee grinder and in a meat grinder. Salt the resulting mass to taste and pour all this molasses. The view, of course, is specific, but – let's wait, the most interesting transformation is ahead! Sprinkle our dish with powdered sugar and mix well. Now the main thing begins – we will form cookies of any shape from the resulting mass. It can be made in the form of stars, flowers – yes to your imagination! And when the molds are already cut out, fry them on ... in a frying pan. When the cookies are ready, smear each cookie with butter.
By the way, you can bring something of your own here. For example, you can lubricate both in condensed milk and in marmalade – to your taste!

Bon appetit!
