Who among us does not like baking. Most of us associate it with various sweets. We all know the taste and aroma of oriental sweets. But in the East, housewives truly know how to cook. Among their culinary recipes there are a huge variety of unsweetened pastries. Such food can be eaten every day. It is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Today we will prepare a dish according to a culinary recipe called Sambusa varaki. This is a national Tajik dish. First we prepare the dough. To do this, add eggs to the flour, a little water, salt. The dough should be cool. We put it in a cold place for 40 minutes. During this time, we prepare minced meat. We take lamb meat. I wash it, clean it from the film and veins. Cut into pieces and scroll through a meat grinder. Peel the onion, cut it into cubes and fry in a frying pan in oil. We add meat to it. Minced meat is cooled. Cut the dough into pieces. From each we roll out a cake with a thickness of 1 mm. Lubricate it with oil and twist it into a roll. We cut it again into several pieces. Roll out each individual piece again. We spread minced meat on it. Wrap the dough in the shape of a triangle or crescent. We spread the Sambusa varaki on a baking sheet and bake in the oven.
Bon appetit!
