First of all, you need to boil in salted water potatoes and cool it. After that, mash the potatoes in a saucepan, add salt, butter and enough flour to make a soft dough.
Then divide the resulting mass into 2 equal parts, Roll out tortillas from each half with a diameter of about 22 cm and a thickness of 5mm. Cut each tortilla into 4 pieces and start baking. You can bake them under the grill, just in the oven on a baking sheet (in this case, grease the baking sheet with butter) or on the stove, in a frying pan – it all depends on your capabilities and desire. The baking time is 5 minutes on each side, until the tortillas are covered with a golden crust.
You can serve the bread immediately hot, or you can let it cool down. Enjoy your meal!
