To prepare Danish pancakes on cream, first preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees.
Take a large bowl and pour flour into it. Add eggs, salt and cream to the flour. Now mix everything thoroughly with a spoon.
Grease the baking pan with oil and pour the prepared dough. Put it in the oven and bake until ready. Pancakes should turn out ruddy and golden.
If you don't have special molds, you can use a small frying pan.
Put the finished pancakes on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top, pour jam. If the cream is thick enough, then carefully decorate each pancake with a small amount of cream. Next, cover the pancakes with slices of fresh fruit. Probably any fruit or berries will do.
